Здравословен кекс с овесени ядки
Продукти:
1 ч.ч. овесени ядки
1 ч.ч. царевично брашно (може и пълнозърнесто, а може и комбинация)
1/4 ч.ч. фруктова захар
1 настъргана круша / ябълка
1 ч.л. сода
1/3 ч.ч. мазнина ( масло или зехтин )
около 1/2 ч.ч. вода
Приготвяне:
Брашното, ядките, захарта и плода се смесват. Содата се изсипва в 2-3 с.л. вряща вода и се прибавя към мазнината. Цялото това се прибавя към първата смес. Разбърква се. Добавя се и водата (в зависимост от количеството плод, сместта трябва да стане доста гъста - като се изсипе в тавичка, да може да се разстеле лесно, но не чак да се разтече ) Пече се в загрята на 180-200 градуса фурна, около 20 мин.
